Sally Sharp
Owner Manager - Head Teacher Sally opened Haywood Cottage Montessori in August of 2014, in her old family home. It has retained its homely feel, with its cosy rooms, children`s kitchen, and lovely gardens. It`s a place in which the ‘moment’ is everything and where special memories are made. Her vision is to create an amazing and inspirational, educational experience for all children, through the joyful richness of her Montessori program. Sally's Montessori training started in 1992, with a Diploma qualification from the London Montessori Centre. She has been following her quest of better understanding the child`s needs ever since! Haywood Cottage Montessori Nido and Casa is her attempt at helping others with their quest too. |

Courtney Newton
Casa Lead Teacher Courtney gained her Bachelor in Primary Teaching in 2009 and her Graduate Diploma in Teaching (ECE) in 2020. Courtney lives in Geraldine with her husband and children Millie and Casper, and various animals! Both children have attended our school. In her spare time Courtney is a daring trial bike rider! |

Ellie Deans
Executive Officer Ellie and Rob emigrated from the UK in 2009. She has a strong Human Resources and Administration background across many industries, including education, healthcare, and retail. After moving to Geraldine in 2011, Ellie and Rob decided to settle here, get married, and have some babies. She joined our team in 2018 and both Ted and Winnie have attended our school too. Ellie has a passion for crochet and loves walking our local hillsides! |
